2023 Pittsburgh Pirates All-Star Game Selections

With talk of the MLB All-Star Game heating up we have the roster for the two teams announced. The Pittsburgh Pirates had one named to the team and then had a replacement player added in. Mitch Keller and David Bednar, both pitchers will represent the Pirates in Seattle. Bednar went to the game last year, while Keller goes for the first time.

Though I was surprised Andre McCutchen didn’t get selected after the season he’s been having. Regardless it’s nice to see Bednar and Keller recognized for their seasons so far.

2023 LCS Summer Split Power Rankings Week Four

Here are the updated power rankings heading into week four of the split.

10.Immortals

A seven -game losing streak gives them the worst record in the LCS.

9.TSM

A four-game losing streak has them at the bottom of the standings ahead of only Immortals.

8.NRG

A win against Golden Guardians is quality, but following it up with two losses isn’t good.

7. Flyquest

The lone team to go undefeated this past week. Still have plenty of work to do though if they want to contend.

6.100 Thieves

A solid 2-1 week, but they are still under .500 overall.

5.Team Liquid

They did beat Cloud 9 which is good, but a 1-2 week isn’t quite enough to rank super high.

4.Dignitas

They won back-to-back games, which puts them over Liquid.

3.Golden Guardians

Consistent 2-1 weeks have them at 6-3.

2.Evil Geniuses

2-1 week and good overall record, but the loss to Cloud 9 makes them number two for now.

1.Cloud 9

Yes, they are tied for the best record in the LCS. However, they won head-to-head against Evil Geniuses to take the top spot.
